UCI University Registrar - Enrollment Period Definitions Each student is assigned a 48 hour enrollment window When the window opens, a student can access WebReg for 48 hours After the 48 hours, that student can access WebReg only between 7 p m and 7 a m (down time 4 a m -6 a m ) Once all enrollment windows are open, Open Enrollment begins at 7 p m that day
