Dobequest | Doberman Forum : Doberman Breed Dog Forums Dobequest originally was started by a Canadian woman who collected a lot of pedigree information and set up a data base on her own--at times people (like me) gave her information on missing links on older dogs or newer ones and she'd add them to the database
Is there another database besides Dobequest | Doberman Forum : Doberman . . . to determine when and maybe what a dog died from, or is it all just word of mouth after dobequest? -^-^-^----_^-^-^---^-^-^-^- \-^-> Help the doberman by doing your homework BEFORE buying! Dobequest | Doberman Forum : Doberman Breed Dog Forums Dobequest is a great resource and there have been several new features added in the last 6 months or so The photo resizing opening within the body of the page is a huge improvement
DCM Database | Doberman Forum : Doberman Breed Dog Forums Why not just encourage people to use the database that already exists - Dobequest - instead of creating yet another, separate place for people to look? I'd much rather see people use the really well designed, "one stop shop" place we have for all the health information, where you can see complete statistics on dogs, instead of going to multiple places for multiple pieces of information
DobeQuest Question | Doberman Forum : Doberman Breed Dog Forums Unfortunately, I wouldn't feel safe with information solely gleened from Dobequest It's voluntary and a lot of breeders don't bother with it (anymore) or ever Very unfortunate What was it like in the early days of Dobequest and what compelled people to keep their info up to date I wonder?
Dobequest | Doberman Forum : Doberman Breed Dog Forums I'm looking into a few pedigrees but I'm hitting a brick wall with Dobequest or at least, a few lines on Dobequest Who is responsible for updating Dobequest? Is this all information that the breeder has volunteered? If I can't find info on a couple of dogs in the pedigree I'm looking at
Question re: DPCA and Dobequest - dobermantalk. com You must be a DPCA member to be able to edit dogs on dobequest But, you get on as a visitor and see all the information on the dogs posted in the database As others have said, you do not need to be a breeder to become a DPCA member and just need 2 signatures on your membership application as sponsors to join
Dobequest | Doberman Forum : Doberman Breed Dog Forums Cathy Kendrick is the Dobequest committe chair Here's contact info for her: dpcadobequest@dpca org Before you do that, tho, I'd go to the "help" section on Dobequest, there's a link in the upper right hand corner to get to "help"
Can I search for an AKC registered dog without the. . . There is a parameter in the DobeQuest search that allows for any part of a registered name I also sometimes have luck searching good ol' Google with partial registered names, and just include "doberman" in the search
Opinions Please!! King of Darkness breeder in Hungary! Well honestly, if there was only one DCM death in a pedigree, I'd be all over that litter! Maybe to get an idea of the problem you can look through the Dobequest database Dobequest og Search Page Many dogs on there have their full pedigrees listed, and you can click on dogs names within those pedigrees, sometimes they have their cause of death
