Knowledge-Based Systems 这个期刊容易中吗？ - 知乎 之前投了篇隐私方向的 Special Issue ，三个月revision（一个审稿人提出了比较关键的问题，另外俩提出意见比较简单，无关痛痒），提交后然后又过了两个月 conditional accept ，并且要求转 regular paper ，再次提交后过了大概十几天后接收。
