IR3300 error #801 during SMB scanning - Copytechnet. com I do not have access to the server to check permissions on the folder (I did see that "801" is a write permissions issue) But I can explore from the users workstation to the folders, and have tried making a new one touch with the same directory info ( \\server\data 1st line entry, \office\scans\username 2nd line entry and her logon credentials
