Hilton employees who have transitioned to PEP, how’s your user . . . PEP is by far the most AWFUL, HORRENDOUS, TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE and all the other synonyms for horrendous, system out there!!! It takes 47 clicks to change anything, it freezes up, logs you off mid reservation and makes my blood pressure go through the roof!! Don't get me wrong, it is an easy system, very user friendly but the glitches make me crazy
