Sciatica HELP!! | ProTeacher Community Sciatica My sister had acupuncture, and it really helped her sciatica I've been going to physical therapy for mine, and it is somewhat useful The therapist helped me modify some of my workout moves and showed me how to sit so I don't have much discomfort If my pain continues I'm going to make an appointment with an acupuncturist
