Help - Microsoft Community If this is a 2015 ERA Surface Pro 3, chances are the battery is at end of life Unfortunately, if the battery won't charge, there is nothing you can do except go shopping for a replacement device Microsoft has discontinued the SP3 and is not providing out of warranty replacements (and the battery itself is not replaceable)
