mygov login problems - ATO Community As you've noted, without access to your original mobile device and not being able to log into myGov you can't unlink the old mobile device to use the myGov app either You can use the myGovID app to access your myGov account

RFM10A error cannot login to mygov - ATO Community I have this issue EVERY time I try to use login to MyGov It is so frustrating totally unacceptable at any time, let alone 2025 when it has not been fixed for years! I don't want to and shouldn't have to go through the interminable pain of setting-up a new account and especially when it won't solve the MyGov tech problem! It is just so unfair!!!

Thanks for the reply I ended up called MyGov and found out that it was because recently I changed my mobile number on MyGov and I have been told that now I need to set up a whole new account :( Obviously you need to keep the same mobile number for your entire life
