TechN, Optimus Foundation, or Heatkiller IV Pro would be my picks I would guess (I didn't look) that the Heatkiller IV blocks would be the cheapest out of all those options If I recall, the TechN was the top performer for AM4 But really any of those are close enough to each other performance wise to be great options
