Cant find new listing in MLS (agents, agreement, property, renters . . . Trulia for me takes about 3 days to get my listing pulled in and Zillow is 24-48 hours If you can't find them on other brokerage sites (through the IDX), then their brokerage may not have an IDX agreement to share listings
