Cinders - Reddit a subreddit dedicated to discussion of the Cinders mod for Dark Souls III
Cinders Mod Review : r darksouls3 - Reddit Cinders also offers a lot of new weapons, particularly weapons from the old game I eventually was a Paladin fully decked out in heavy armor, wielding a Grant or a Greatshield with a Blunt Sunlight Sword (yes you can infuse unique weapons in this, and buff them too ) There are also about 500 new rings to find and use with your build
My detailed thoughts on this mod : r cinders - Reddit My detailed thoughts on this mod I had fun doing a few playthroughs of Cinders v2 13 with various different builds, but overall I feel that certain core mechanics detract far too much from what I'm looking for in a Souls game so I probably won't return to this mod unless that changes
r darksouls3 on Reddit: Which overhaul mod is best? Cinders . . . The best one is clearly The Convergence, it's the one that goes the farthest, especially when it comes to bosses (there is a bunch new bosses formed of movesets from various from software games) It also affects game progression a bit and there's a ton of new weapons and combat styles (such as light magic, cryomancy etc) Other ones like Cinders are cool but can't really stand the comparison
Cinders with Coop Overhaul Mod Painted Worlds : r cinders - Reddit Install cinders mod Create a cinders save Install coop overhaul - cinders (optional download on nexus page) Check your modengine ini to ensure it is pulling from the \cinders folder Launch game - you will see Cinders and Coop Overhaul at the bottom of main menu if properly installed Go to your modengine ini and make sure you have network play
Cinders Mod Review : r darksouls3 - Reddit Just for an alternative perspective, I look at Cinders as like a sort of "arcade mode" or "Dark Souls Megamix" type experience, and in that regard, I consider all of those points to be positives to that specific experience
best build? : r cinders - Reddit Easier to play and has better crowd control with big swings and higher damage Bosses can pose more challenge with strength builds though because you leave yourself more open after attacks and stamina management is a bit harder in cinders than it is in vanilla
Fatal application error : r cinders - Reddit Hi I recently tried to install Cinders but it constantly crashes with the message "fatal application exit" I've dragged both cinders files from main model folders into the game directory aswell as the setup files I've also downloaded the rolled back exe and replaced the normal exe with that Every time I launch the game for the first time it crashes with every subsequent launch afterward
Cinders 2. 12 update crashes on startup : r cinders - Reddit Is anyone else having an issue with the 2 12 version of Cinders just constantly crashing on startup? DS3 runs fine by itself and all of its previous iterations ran fine for me, but after a long break I decided to come back and play Cinders again (haven't played since the last update)
