Oculus app stuck loading, its been sitting for about 30 mins. Was wondering why Quest Link wasn't starting, and then when I tried to open the app on my PC it got stuck doing the exact same thing OP's screenshots show Killed it and all the other Oculus OVR processes in Task Manager, launched it again, it did its "checking the status of your Oculus app" thing for a few seconds, and then it worked like normal!
