Release triggers and flinching - Trapshooters Forum i started flinching with a pull trigger around 2010 put up with it until it got worse went to a release that lasted for 1 or 2 years then started to flinch it was costing me 8-10 targets per 100 so i had to give up ATA probably didn't shoot for close to 1 year started to shoot again with a pull trigger, practice only got to the point that i can break 20 + sometimes a 24 0r 25 anyway
