Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows - Microsoft Community I'm replying to my own post, above I persevered with Device Manager and reinstalled the Realtek Bluetooth 5 0 adaptor again to find that it was replaced by a ‘Generic Adaptor’ for some reason, at which point I clicked on Windows 11 'Settings' and clicked on Bluetooth 'Add devices' and all my BT devices appeared, as if by magic!
