Does anyone know what’s going on with the unemployment office I actually did this last week at the Salem office They have a sign posted on the door saying they cannot help with any unemployment questions and to go to the Work source building or call the number or go online So you can’t even go to the main office for help and work source cannot take care of the questions you need for unemployment

Don't call unless you've been notified that there is an issue, or you absolutely have to If you're waiting on money, it will come Just not quickly Try emailing them at OED_UI_Info@oregon gov and OED_COVID19_Info@oregon gov, and try calling at 7am It's okay to cry, because this is really frustrating with few people to direct that frustration
