Looks like Zillow got rid of the real estate pricing maps I assume that feature provided too much information for independent web research if Zillow wants to funnel potential customers through an affiliated realty agent instead Perhaps maintaining and updating the mapping feature cost more in resources and support than the company wanted to spend Probably both Trulia has a new neighborhood
Cant find new listing in MLS (agents, agreement, property, renters . . . Trulia for me takes about 3 days to get my listing pulled in and Zillow is 24-48 hours If you can't find them on other brokerage sites (through the IDX), then their brokerage may not have an IDX agreement to share listings
How to do a real estate search without entering specific locations . . . I just found out how to do this in Trulia this week You have to start with a city state then click on the Map view, then check the option "Search inside map" - then, you can zoom out on the map, and everywhere you move the map properties will show up even outside of your starting location The more you zoom in, the more properties show up (if available)
