Unless my eyes are deceiving me, the protests don't look that big I watched a few channels and even as they tried to sensationalize the whole situation, it only looked like a few hundred people, possibly a thousand, in a few locations protesting
Ive seen several reports saying protesters were paid to be there . . . I have not, yet I guess it depends on what they mean by “paid” — I’m not sure that individuals were recruited and paid (like, “hey, we’ll pay you $20 hour to riot”), but I do think that are groups that are organizing and funding these riots, and providing people with supplies to be used as weapons
