I had numerous 120+ day lates from 2010 and 2011 on SL from Nelnet and ACS I tried numerous times to get them to GW the lates but they wouldn't budge But in October I was still able to secure a home loan through an FHA loan with a 3 25% interest rate

In the case of a scheduled auto-debit payment the ODFI (Nelnet) should have submitted a Future Dated Forward Items request in advance which would then settle at 8:30am EST of the future date plus a little time for Nelnet to update their records website Instead what I'm seeing is that the request has not posted at my RFDI (bank) yet
