Due to uncertainties with 1p mobile, I was thinking of moving to RWG I looked for previous posts, and saw complaints about not receiving the sim, and poor customer service I had a look on TrustPilot, and the reviews were mixed, many happy but also many very unhappy

Anyone else struggling with RWG at the moment? I'm on an EE powered SIM, showing as only connected to EDGE and calls texts don't go out come in at the moment My wife is on Phone Co-op, a separate MVNO using EE, and that's working fine I know there are a few other folk on RWG on here so wondered if it was just me

The £5 and £15 charges are just that, charges for the sim They are not credit or top-up for calls etc EDIT: I'm mistaken, the £5 £15 charges are added to the account as credit for calls etc Didn't realise as I've never checked the credit balance on either of my RWG sims

I genuinely don't think that RWG actually exist anymore, it's just become a sub brand of Now mobile, hence why those with Gamma sims seem to be in limbo Still says 'runs on nowmobile and 3' on the website

On the support page of the RWG website is a large "Communications Ombudsman" banner, under which they proudly claim to be a member of the scheme for dispute resolution However, when visiting the Communications Ombudsman website to raise a dispute, RWG is not listed, nor is their parent company "Iwithacircle"

For example - physical sim with up to 200GB data bundle it's RWG-on-EE, eSIM with the same (£5+ bundles) it's RWG-on-Three, unlimited data bundles it's RWG-on-Three regardless of sim type, and so on It'll be telling how well (or not) they handle switching between eSIMs and physical sims 2) Don't know

Any other RWG users found their original "free" bundles have been cancelled? My wife and I were both on the 100 min 100 txt 750MB deal for one off £15 SIM card upfront (various other versions available earlier than ours (Dec 2022) in £10 and £5 versions) Every time I make a call I am now receiving a call cost and balance notification

The sim came within a few days, with no credit and instructions to activate it online This did not actually appear to be possible I called the top up number and got Now mobile with a terrible line quality indian gentleman who said they don't deal with RWG mobile but did remind me of their number
