- K-Line Guitars - The Gear Page
Resurrecting an old thread Sometimes a used guitar comes along that’s exactly like the new one you wanted to buy I was planning on my second K-Line My first, a Texola, sold me on K-Line guitars I’m a huge Stratocaster fan - I have four Fender Strats - and was planning on ordering a Springfield NOS finish, Fiesta red, Rosewood
- Love for K-Line guitars - The Gear Page
Just thought I'd throw a little love to K-Line guitars I purchased a sight unseen K-Line Truxton (used) from a shop in TX Immediately I had a couple questions, so I shot Chris an email Chris not only was more than willing to answer anything, but even asked if I wanted to have the guitar shipped direct to him for a personal setup
- K-Line Springfield - best Strat style guitar - The Gear Page
The K-Line fits like a glove I forget about it (the neck that is), which is exactly what you want I just play, and it just works It feels like an old friend The edges are rolled perfectly and the back is smooth but not slippery Pickups: here is where the K-Line excels Chris's 64s are some of the best single coils I've ever heard or played
- K-Line Springfield -Whats Your opinion on them? - The Gear Page
Honest opinion: I've played several K-Line Tele style guitars that were just great -- they all had that magic "alive-tone" (for lack of a better term) thing that the best guitars of that type have However, I've also played several of his Strat-style guitars, and they didn't have that thing They were more flat sounding
- K-Line vs Suhr vs Fender Elite - The Gear Page
There are so many great things about each of these guitars, but here are just a few observations K-Line: pros-nothing looks better to me than a black double bound Tele-chunkiest neck of the 3-changed pups from Lollar Special Ts to a fender grey bottom 64s, much brighter and better suited for my low gain style of playing
- NGD: K-Line Truxton - The Gear Page
My new K-Line arrived today Looks, feel, and sounds like it should Fit and finish are exactly what I ordered, and the stuff that Chris recommended was spot on for what I wanted I ordered a traditional look: Ash body, Maple neck fretboard, Butterscotch Blonde finish, 3-barrel saddles bridge
- K-Line Guitars. . . . . . Lets see em!!!!! | Page 4 | The Gear Page
Here’s my humble collection of K-Line guitars Chris is a kind and patient person to work with and he makes incredible guitars They are all lightweight, resonant, beautifully finished and effortless to play Without question, my favorite guitar maker
- K-Line Springfield!!! - The Gear Page
K-Line is the best option for very close to traditional, just enough "modern playabiity", made from the ground up, absolutely AWESOME owner made guitars I'm a Tele guy and have a 2012 Truxton (bought used but have gigged it a ton last year) and Chris is replacing the maple neck with maple + rosewood board with the french polish back
