The fact remains if you want a new build you will buy south of 44, far south now If you are happy with a re-sale take your pick South is not barren as your conversation noted, Fenney for example has 3 pools, along with a rec center, 2 golf courses, bar and grille, fire pit, pickle ball, walking trails, putt putt, lawn bowling, croquet, and

3rd lanai south facing Hot as a match in summers, but great for spring fall winter 4th lanai North East facing great for spring summer, early fall but winter can be cold Unless you rent during different times you will either be wrong to suggest “south works great” Or possibly selling a year later

The Villages started east of 441 in Lake county but then grew west of 441 in Sumter county There is still some growth into Lake county but it mostly appears to be the small areas to the south of Lake Denham and north of the Turnpike It will be interesting to see if growth continues south of the Turnpike in Lake county

I watched about half of it and will get back to it later when I begin working on those things But, a VERY IMPORTANT point she mentioned that people don't consider enough is just because you fully-created your plan and documents many years ago doesn't mean that some things may have changed in the interim that should cause you to take a good look at those plans again
