If its a dog I figure I will set it back to original and sell off the replacement PU individually By the way, not sure if the circuit has been altered to accommodate the Lace PU? Blue Dog worked really well in an AC30cc1 I had for a while but didn't do anything for me in the Bad Cat It may very well be that the Bad Cat speakers (I have another, same vintage, in a 1x12 extension cab) are just 20 years old well broken-in but the have a nice combination of clarity depth in this amp
