My Cricut expression has never been able to connect to my computer I have tried different USB cords and hooking them to different computers and nothing works I have contacted Cricut's tech support multiple time and it seems that is just wasted time! :-( Neither of my computers will recognize the cricut

I have still not been able to update my firmware I have not been able to install the trial version of design studio because I already have the software on my machine I updated my software and ran the update After my cricut restarted I still only have version 1 34 on my cricut screen

Shutting the cricut off and back on should unfreeze it regardless but you need 2 34 firmware to use it

Prek, Bless your heart - I know how you feel When I first got my Cricut I couldn't get it to work for anything Don't know why, but the drivers just wouldn't stay installed (I know I never heard of this before either) Download the drivers again and start from scratch even if you have to call provocraft

I'm looking for some feedback and help I'm currently using the Cricut Explorer Air 2 I'm cutting small images 71"x 36") on white vinyl Each time I"m cutting the vinyl is tearing and dragging (it doesn't even cut fully) I've tried using a custom cut and different material (i e construction paper, cardstock) but the same issue occurs
- help - My cricut turned itself off while using MTC and doing embossing . . .
It's very possible it got to hot Cricuts aren't heavy duty machines and aren't meant to be used non-stop from what I understand
