Exactly the same for me, channel4, ITV, BBC, Amazon Prime, Youtube Trying to use the app just get a security warning message I have a v6 box

If we try to connect, the screen goes black and none of the remote buttons work The only solution is to reboot the box, but that only gets the box working again - we still can't get the on-demand apps Other on-demand channels, such as C5 and U, work without problem, as do Netflix and Amazon Prime Any suggestions? japitts, this all started for me about 6 months ago starting with netflix and then progressing to amazon prime after a while both services load correctly, i can search all the options and shift up and down the options in the left with no problem i can open any series film with no problem, new to my list or part way through

There is the one with the connector that seems to have been fitted today The top left one is the end of the cable that feeds down under the drive and back up into the house The one circled at the bottom is the existing wire that feeds under the drive to the Nynew Toby on the pavement (I thought they would be connecting the two existing wires together but they’ve added a new one) Hope

You have yet again been given incorrect information by customer services There is a switch over from the wired phone socket to using the hub, but at the present it is on hold by all telephone providers on orders from the government You probably just have a fault on your landline phone Best to wait for a VM staff member to get to your post, may take a day or two
