OVERALL: Peg Leg Porker 12 Years is just awesome It has that classic Dickel character, but the oak and dark fruit show through much more here I’d put it closer to what I’ve experienced in various Dickel Single Barrels than what I’ve found in the Dickel 12 which is what the PLP 8 year reminded me of (note, GD 12 does not mean 12 years)

i’m a dickel fan, especially the older aged releases as a local nashvillian, i’ve had every peg leg porker release except this one they all taste like dickel to me $400 for this is absurd, especially considering there were store picks released in the last year that were ~15 years old and sold for around $50
