There is enough time but its tight (as a scav not a pmc, there is loads of time for a pmc) If you load in as a scav on interchange with 10-15 mins left you have enough time to run from centre of map, turn power on, run back into mall and loot 2 maybe 3 high traffic areas then SPRINT to the extract

Getting nearly 120 fps on interchange right now with almost max settings inc LOD @ 3 5 ID manually overclock the ram to 3200 but thats the limit of the 12700k IMC ( its currently running at nearly 1 5GHz , when I had 3733mhz ram running in gear 2 the chip IMC was running at 760 or so mhz win 11

Example, INTERCHANGE = 24 Minutes Raid time ! Holy if you spwn outside, you have to run thru the store so fast ! As @gkcx2002 said, they are limiting everything they can so that less people play, so they have to have less servers
