The nonsense they trot out about why internet from them is better than the competition might as well be "we have cleaner bits", or "our internet is more favored by the gods" As for TV, aside from the channel package, there isn't really a significant difference in quality (Shaw is technically slightly better, but I doubt most people would notice even with close observation)
