Target Upgrade to MasterCard I'm a little late posting this, but my Target Red Card is being upgraded to a MasterCard The strange thing is that I rarely use this card When I DO use it, it is typically for a small amount and I pay it off in full I used the card in December for Christmas purchases -- less than $200
