stem is 21 1 OD to fit old school bikes (Wald makes a shim to use in a 22 2 fork) Bolt spacing is different enough that they cannot be used on other stems (We did this on purpose) Chrome plated, note small area under stem where chrome is not shiny (you can't see it unless you're flying over your handle bars and then you'd have bigger problems!)
