From there you'd pick other mods to alter the gameplay side of things You absolutely want SVM Server Value Modifier in order to tweak stuff, and the SPT Profile Editor to get past some seriously annoying quests that are difficult if not impossible to do in SPT There's a mod for removing annoying quest conditions too which should help with that

Server mods go in <SPT-AKI> user mods, client mods go in <SPT-AKI> BepInEx plugins But it's stated in the documentation for the mod and or the archive is structured to be extracted into the main SPT folder It's usually pretty easy to figure out
