- Livescope for boat and ice - Garmin Electronics - In-Depth Outdoors
FFS is a standalone different transducer then the livescope My regular transducer for side imaging, etc stays on boat Battery? I mentioned the 20ah above which works for me… I would suggest the 30ah if you can I use 20ah since I already had it On the boat, for years I used my regular cranking battery for garmins and Livescope

Still a better product Even looking at mega 2, The cost alone is nuts, and half their customer base that already runs mega 1 will have to start from scratch Yeah the black box is a pain and heavy, but you can get into Garmin livescope for sub 2k for a used unit, or sub 3k for brand new
- Voltage question on Livescope - BBC Boards
I have 93sv units with a dedicated lithium battery to power livescope It seems that when the voltage drops I can't pick up the lure and also see less fish etc I noticed it at 11 4 volts I thought lithium stayed constant on the voltage until it went dead?? I am getting this reading from the screen So this may not be what is happening
- Yes another live scope question - Garmin Electronics - Garmin . . .
Randy I copied this but I know its correct: A Garmin LVS 34 LiveScope transducer typically has a beam angle of around 20 degrees wide by 135 degrees long; meaning the sonar beam is narrow in the vertical plane (20 degrees) and wide in the horizontal plane (135 degrees)

- What’s all needed to build a Livescope kit - Garmin Electronics . . .
3) Case shuttle (Garmin or Summit) I prefer the shorter Garmin case shuttle, Summit’s is good, but it’s all 3D printed 4) Lithium battery charger (18ah=13 hours runtime or 30ah=21 hours runtime, but its 3 lbs heavier) I prefer the 18AH Amped as it’s much lighter and I don’t need more than 13 hours runtime between charges)
- Mega live 2 or live scope - General Discussion Forum - General . . .
I have been running Garmin Livescope since it came out LVS32 and now a LVS34 I have never seen first hand the Megalive, but I am sure it is still pretty good I have both Garmin and humminbird on my boat and I use the humminbird for mapping and SI, the garmin for all other sonar No black box would be nice with the mega though
