-Does anyone have a ballpark guess as to when homes in these new areas (McClure II, Cason Hammock, St John’s) will go up for sale? -Is there a method to this? Like do all the homes in the last couple of new areas have to all sell first before these new area listings are offered? Any insight would be much appreciated
