I have one It works well if you don't have lots of y shaped branches, or curled and gnarly limbs The only time I use it anymore is if I am cutting small poles as in clearing a path in the woods Even then I try to put it on a 16-18 light weight saw and leave it there till I am finished It worked pretty well on an 18 Craftsman I had It is a bit on the nose heavy side as retired redneck
