Maybe It did have mugs, and also t-shirts My original shop (under this account) was for nerdy mugs and shirts, but I thought I would split it up by theme Maybe I should just keep it all together in one shop I wish Etsy communicated better and had better documentation on policies for sellers

My seller account was hacked and someone listed a bunch of stamps for sale They put on the page to order from their website for a discount instead of Etsy I wasn’t aware of this until a sale was made on Etsy I’m very suspicious of the actual sale as well and I haven’t done anything on my end to refund because something seems fishy

Your products don't qualify for Etsy They are not "handmade" (by your hands or design), "vintage" (over 20 years old), or "supplies" (art craft supplies) Which ever YouTube or TikTok "guru" who is selling you a "get rich quick with dropshipping" scheme is lying to you

Hello! I am trying to open another shop but there seems to be a problem First of all my personal details weren't accepted by Etsy and after that I got a message that account is currently suspended I cannot think of reasons why Contacted Etsy, even uploaded documents for identity verification

@TheHomespunLoft I don't know how long it has been this way because changing my BA was a "first" for me--but I did change mine about 2 months ago and you MUST enter the old account info before it will let you add the new I think this is a security measure so anyone who tried to change the account would need the old account information
