I am connecting to 192 168 1 254 and seeing the telus login page, but my credentials aren't working, and when I try to use the "Forgot Login Password" link to enter my default admin password located on the gateway label under the cover panel, it says the password is incorrect Ive tried many times and am certain that it is entered correctly

If 192 168 1 254 isn’t working, try 192 168 1 1 or 192 168 0 1 Username Password Issues: If you’ve forgotten the custom password you set, you may need to reset the modem to factory settings by holding down the reset button (usually with a pin) for about 10-15 seconds
- The Default Gateway Router Password DOES NOT Work, At All.
192 168 1 254 is the default address of the router *not* the hub The password for the router is located on the router itself My guess is that you are inadvertantly trying to log in to the router but are using the password for the hub The hub will have a different address In my case it is 192 168 1 3 Your mileage may vary
