It's HDR 400 so I wouldn't bother since it just doesn't get bright enough It looks grey either because something isn't configure properly ( Make sure it's set to 10 Bit, Full Range and RGB) or you are too used to default oversaturated image so accurate color just look greyish to you

Strange, usually when you install the monitor driver, firstly in Device Manager you should see the proper monitor name now, and secondly the ICC profile should install system-wide so that if you uncheck 'Use my settings' you should see it listed as the default for that monitor
