Find an older "Traditional Installer" version of the app, not the microsoft store one and install it (I installed version 7 21 0 23 of iCloud for Windows with and installer I found on TheAppleWiki) After installing, it will ask to restart your PC, do that

I have an iMac (Retina 4K, 21 5-inch, 2017) and in the System Report the Audio device manufacturer is specified as Apple and little else The boot camp driver folder does have an AppleAudio folder and in there it looks very much like a driver However Windows does not like this driver
