What are the most likely causes of the battery light staying on in the instrument cluster? I just replaced the battery last week w a brand new one (not because of this issue) The light came on after I got it back from the exhaust shop I did the homemade mil-eliminator for the O2 sensor (new one of those as well) and that solved the check engine light from going cat-less but now I have

Crossing the jumper cables usually damages the alternator, and that 2G is already known to be a dangerous design It won't affect how the engine runs (or not), but I suggest you disconnect its wiring, and start reading up how easy it is to swap in a '93-96 3G

howdy i have a 1989 ford f150 300 straight 6 with a 5 speed tranny, well whats going on i just drove the truck to a friends house and now it will not start up, i drove this truck for 4 months now, but the truck been park and not moved for 3 years, but here it the list of new parts on it, new battery, two new fuel pumps, fuel filter, wires, spark plugs, disr cap and rotor, new wheel bearing

My 2018 XLT didn't come with the power package or whatever it's called Is there any way I can install an aftermarket 110v outlet where the 12v outlet is on the dash and on the back of the center console? Are there any prefab kits for this or is it something my local dealer can install?
