So, since I kept seeing more and more mention of Bring A Trailer, I thought I'd share my experience Hint: I'm embarrassed for them Right off the bat they lost the original email to request an auction After pinging them again after two weeks, they just simply said they didn't get it (even though they had responded)

The second sold before going live, to a neighbor, but subsequent tries on listings have been terrible and I am sadly just an observer Thankfully with patience and dumb luck my other cars have sold I have another unique car to bring to market soon and BaT would be perfect [emoji20] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bring a trailer has had its moment in the spot light and all the rookies think its some new way of buying and selling something its not Its an ebay auction with a peanut gallery Which is all a live auction is as well Bring a trailer is not all the great As far as paying the 5%

I have to chime in on this discussion after an *awful* experience with Bring a Trailer, BaT After jumping through a bunch of hoops to list my 2005 Ferrari 360, I agreed to their reserve and started the auction I own a car dealership and of course the car is in the showroom and listed on my dealer website BaT knew this! Then the bashing

Thanks - Well-stated and more succinct than my response - As I said, each to his her own - Just my thoughts (and apparently some others) on BaT - IF (read: IF) I was going to purchase a car from an auction it would be Barrett, Mecum, RM etc - not "Bring a Trailer" - Again, probably just my ignorance - Cheers
