Canon iR4080 - Scan to e-mail End Code 801 and 899 01-08-2008, 10:26 PM Hi, I have a very strange issue that popped up with about 6 of our canon iR4080 Copiers About a month ago they all started having issues reaching the SMTP server to send a scanned document to email

I do not have access to the server to check permissions on the folder (I did see that "801" is a write permissions issue) But I can explore from the users workstation to the folders, and have tried making a new one touch with the same directory info (\\server\data 1st line entry, \office\scans\username 2nd line entry and her logon credentials

Re: Scan-to-email using Office365 with MFA Good question, same here We can't seem to set up a scan to office365 mail server anymore since about 6 months? Is there a way to set it up without extra payment? Is smtp2go a solution? Oh so much thanks in advance

Join Date: Nov 2007 Posts: 49 #1 Send to email, error#801 04-30-2008, 08:18 PM Hi, all I could not make "scan to email" to work and got report showing end code is #801 I m using ISP sending and receiving email and get DNS server address and domain name by DHCP then changed to static IP I aslo entered SMTP server Address same as my outlook
