I only changed the Wall Loops from 2 to 6 in the Standard profile and again bad outer walls This is what I tried so far (every time bad result): Selecting the Standard profile and changed the Wall Loops to 6; Using different infill patterns; Changed outer wall speed to 60mm s; Changed the Order of inner outer wall (all of them)

Increasing the number of wall loops solved a lot of the problem, but I'm still left with a layer of infill at the very top since my top shell thickness is set to zero Suggestions? Archived post

By default, Bambu Studio only prints one top wall (for neatness), but the rest should be as defined by “Wall Loops” You can change this if you wish further down the Strength panel @ Advanced => “Only one wall on top surfaces”

I'm printing square tubular parts 4in x 4iin x 4mm wall thickness, using 5 Wall loops and not using any Inner fills It is my understanding Wall loops would be stronger then using 1 or 2 Wall loops with some infill

Wall loops is the number of outer wall-lines you get at your print More wall would increase the strenght If you will check this, take a model an slice it, then make a cut in a middle layer an watch at the line-type

These are basically the only things I'll consider; 1-4 perimeters unless the designer recommended otherwise Too many walls will just increase the print time, nothing detrimental Walls > infill I'll have a look at mine I'm sure it's set to 7
