You'll get an email stating that your orders have e been uploaded to iprrms and they will also populate omunder the "orders" tab on IPPSA Your STP will show your projections and those should come first I don't think I got an email for my projections so just keep checking

You need to initiate a Personnel Action Request On the IPPSA home page it should be top row right corner Upload copies of your certificates and detail your request I’ve been told up to 72 hours for processing

Per HRC (and AR 600-8-19), the certification has to be a "TRADOC-approved technical, industry, and or professional certification" and HRC points to COOL for more info

A lot of data from eSRB didn’t transfer properly to IPPS-A Recommend you review your personal records, find all your awards on paper, compare to iperms and have your HR section update 30-years in, I have kept copies of everything regardless of “the paperless Army”

On IPPSA, you'll create the first absence request as "02 - Abs in conjunction with PCS" You will input your start date and end date to equal 33 days So start on Jan 14, end on Feb 15 You will then set your date of departure as Jan 14, but your date of return will be Feb 25 Your start date and end date is for chargeable leave

If Branch is saying he needs to do member elections then it’s already in IPPS-A Usually the reason the soldier can see it is they are accessing IPPS-A by the wrong link If they are using My ippsa instead of hr ippsa (I left work so this is off the top of my head) they won’t be able to make the member elections
