RawAccel is a program for mouse acceleration, IIRC mouse acceleration is like an automatic sens changer based on how fast are you moving with your mice, so you can have a low sens while your adjusting and have a high sens while flicking, or vice versa

There is no one size fits all, but you can look here to see some beginner graphs that the RawAccel discords recommends to new people The one on the top is what I enjoyed using for Valorant, except I had "input offset" set to 17 at the beginning which means it took a certain amount of acceleration before the higher sensitivity would kick in

On kovaaks play "Horizontal flick distance testing (boON's)" with obs recording, and rawaccel overlayed (just add a source, window capture, select rawaccel) Flick as hard as you can between the targets that are at screen edge like you would when you are really feeling confident, and see where you are hitting your maximum speed
