Aug 22, 2016 Just talked to KOBO customer service Said both MicroSoft and KOBO are working on a fix The latest update of Windows 10 screwed up the kobo apps Since Micro Soft doesn't seem to realize this we'll see what happens KOBO customer service said this should be fixed by Sept 25th As I said, we'll see Meanwhile use wifi

Problem is that my Windows 10 is simply not recognizing the "Kobo Touch" device The Kobo ereader says that it is connected to my PC and charging, BUT it isn't there No device Looked for an updated driver, no success I have read a lot about individuals having problems with their Kobo ereaders on Windows 10, but it worked under Windows 7

if the ereader says it is connected, I am assuming the cord is OK I don't have another that fits the ereader I have called Kobo and done a factory reset of the ereader I don't know what else to do I can connect my ereader to the internet through wifi I have read all I can find on the internet but nothing has worked for me

a month ago I downloaded to my Kobo ereader as it was recognized in file manage Now I plug in the Kobo and it indicates that it is connected but it is not recognized in the file manager as connection I have Window 10 version 1909 Any suggestions Marvin
