AT T considers USVI as stateside so calls don't roam to BVI towers except maybe on the far east end of St John I always turn off roaming on my phones so it can't use other towers

AT T has three cruise ship plans that can be used on eligible ships and in eligible ports 1) A calling and texting plan: $50 for 30 days gives you 50 minutes talk time and unlimited send texts, 2) a calling, data and texting plan: $100 for 30 days gives you 200MB data, unlimited talk and unlimited send text, and 3) a $3 00 per minute plan

You won't get AT T, you will get either Cellular at Sea or when on land the local carrier Before this plan I had the $10 international plan that allowed you to use your AT T plan for 24 hours at $10 each 24 hour you used it This included calls, texts, and data but it honestly all looked like roaming It did not however include Cellular at Sea

The AT T plan will allow you to make unlimited calls and texts while you’re on the ship It comes with a very minimal amount of data I usually purchase the AT T cruise package and the ships WiFi The cruise package only works while you’re on the ship
