Based on what he knows, SP4M-1 is not a ULV fluid I trust him, and will likely be using the Green ATF in my Explorer, but would also like to use it in the Carnival if it matches the viscosity profile of the OEM fluid Any info you have on SP4M-1 is appreciated! Worst case, I’ll probably just buy a quart of SP4M-1 and do a VOA on it

I will be confidently putting castrol transmissionmax lv atf to replace the FZ fluid I've already done two drain and fills before At first used genuine mazda fz, and second time used Ravenol Fz Imo, the ravenol fz stuff is superior to the mazda stuff as i felt transmission performed better

- ATF: Amsoil Signature vs Toyota WS vs Idemitsu
MaxLife ATF looks like a competitor to Amsoil and it is actually certified for use in Toyota Aisin transmissions, but it just doesn't get the same level of rave reviews and people claiming it fixed existing issues So I still think it's pretty much between OEM Toyota WS, Amsoil SS ATL, or Idemitsu's synthetic WS

Currently , the OEM Hyundai SP4-M ATF is over $20 per quart (ouch) *When Maxlife ATF is $18 per gallon and Hyundai OEM is $80 per gallon - that is a significant cost difference to consider !
