Brasidas deserved Elysium but Hades' stipulation of: if you ever drop the ashes you go straight to Tartaros, which is a nearly impossible task (Is he never going to sleep? what if he trips?) made me convince Brasidas to stay in the Underworld, a much nicer place than Tartaros, with a purpose of reuniting families which would make him feel good
