My lawyer filed all our papers He said that he sent all my documentation via postal service I did open my myuscis gov account Under my I130A section they have uploaded the copies of the documents we sent them (example the birth cert, marriage cert , the form etc) however it does not have any RFIE letter in it! Am I missing something ?

You cannot track a CAP registration in an individual myUSCIS account If you are selected and they file the H-1B petition, you can add the receipt number to your individual account and track the full H-1B case
