I would also suggest posting your question on the ADP Bridge I've always found the community and Bridge moderators to be far more helpful responsive than ADP Support Alternatively, I'm a freelancer who helps companies with their ADP Workforce Now system If custom reports are tough to figure out, I can help with that

Hi! Check out The Bridge in ADP, theres alot of useful info there as well as a bunch of useful downloadable guides You can access it from your admin dashboard up in the right hand corner next to your initials I also find that the reporting dashboard provides alot of useful insight for snapshots of data

Now I run payroll for a large University System and we use PeopleSoft (which is eh)and have ADP for the tax filing, W2 and garnishments ADP is still a nightmare

Workforce Now Next Gen - anyone else? We just implemented ADP WFN Next Gen and the system itself is NOT at all what we were sold on It has been clunky and there are features that aren’t even “turned on” yet that are still in the user interface
