Hi @user_8690a4 There is no reactivate option To use your Ring Doorbell again, you will need to walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device

So I pulled out the Stick Up Cam and set it up again, full battery charge and an RSSI of 50 (which isn't bad considering its outside) I got a few motion alerts and recordings of my mailman and UPS dropping off a package But I could not get live-view to work It would be stuck on Activating and time out again

No video just constantly says Activating Device I am unable to view video on my Ring Doorbell, it is connected and it detects motion or bell press but when I open either of your apps it just sits on activating device I have fully charged it and it has the latest updates I have even tried it sitting in the house next to the router
